Details:

• Rechargeable.
• Battery level indicator.
  The charger contains a charging indicating LED.
• No memory.
• Power save function.
  If during ca. 1 min.  No keys are pressed, the LED display changes to ‘H”.
  Pressing the ‘=’  key recalls the last result.

It contains a Texas Instruments  chipset TI TMC1824NC + TMC1825ANC as well as a Texas Instruments LED-module.

The chips are coded 71-43 which could mean that they were produces in wk 43 of 1971. In that case it might be an early copy.

Usage:

As usual today, but with some limitation regarding negative numbers.

E.g.:  -3 x 2 = -6,   but 3 x -2 = 1

The User Manual contains several examples, but none with negative numbers in multiplications or divisions.
