Casio 152

Details:

According to https://world.casio.com/corporate/history  the 152 was released in May 1968 and was Casio’s  first integrated circuit calculator.

It is equiped with 15 Nixie tubes. Results of multiplications or divisions can be added in two independent registers.  

It facilitates floating as well as fixed point calculations.
